Handy Hints for Gym Newbies

Always take a towel to wipe down equipment after you have used it.
Always take a drink with you....gyms are usually very hot!
Don't stare at people!
Don't be scared to ask an instructor for advice on using a machine, they are there to help!
Don't be intimidated by big guys grunting and flexing their muscles, people like to show off, ignore them and stick to your routine.
Work Hard
Train Harder
Get Fit
Smile
